Ordering and returning through Stage is simple and convenient. I shop the Peeples strore. Would order again.

cyber Monday deals! Sike!

cyber Monday deals! I placed my 7 items in my cart proceeded to checkout and was asked if i wanted to save an additional 15% by applying for credit card. I did was approved then upon checkout it asked for my payment I selected their card and it would not let me pay because i needed the card number well i just applied so obviously i don't have it yet. Called cust service cant help said cant give out that info. okay i get not doing it over the phone but if you sign in to your private created account you should be able to get your own info. all my other accts have sent me an email with info or if i apply it is added as a payment method when i sign in. Cust service was no help i was on phone for half and hour and they just asked me a bunch of questions and said yep that's right but sorry we still cant help you. so why ask if you want to apply to save and use today if it wont let you. And why cant I access my own info through my personal email or personal acct I created that only I have the password to. I ran my credit for nothing because i was not able to purchase the deals and for curiosity sake i went back next day to view my cart and my total went from 79.98 on Monday deals to 249.98 next day. Huge disappointment and waste of time.

Big fat liar scam bugger jerks

Hiya, I recently ordered my Mom's Beautiful perfume from here. She's 90 and blind but still wants to smell good and I got her hooked on estee lauder's beautiful back in the 80s. Anyhoo I always shop around and see who offers the most goodies with purchase. This perfume is expensive, so we need those goodies. Stage this time did. We were supposed to get a 7 piece beautiful skin and defined eyes and lips set, estee lauder 2 piece smooth and glow gift with purchase, pick three free gift with purchase and a mystery gift with purchase. The perfume bottle was 88.20. Anyhoo. I ordered it for my mom and submitted it all fine. Next day I look for the tracking number etc. and it shows on my account the order has been cancelled. I immediately called, since they did not even have the courtesy to tell me even with an automated message - and I get 10 automated messages a day it seems from them about sales etc., to tell me it was cancelled. I got on the phone with a nice lady and she apologized and said the system cancelled it because it was my parents card and not mine. No worries she says and she said she fixed it. She also told me that she would have them make it an expedited shipping, free of charge, for our inconvenience, not the first time I have done this. My Mom is 90 and blind. She doesn't drive to the store to shop much... anyhoo. I wait and wait. I look online, my order still says cancelled. I call again, not the nicest person comes on and says no. It's cancelled. Very abrupt and why are you bothering me attitude here geesh lady. I try to stay calm and explain and ask to please check again, I spoke to a nice lady and she told me she fixed it. Oh. Hang on... well this lady seemed to actually have someone manually do an order, she states. Blablabla So, I finally get the perfume. No expedited shipping by the way. And NO goodies... nothing, not even a new receipt in the box. So I'm like. So what did they actually charge. Who knows... I call to inquire about the goodies and this lady, who I am bothering as well, tells me no, no goodies coming, they weren't actually available when you ordered. Um WHAT?>? I asked here why on GOD's green earth would I buy this from you guys without the gifts. I would have bought it from Macy's or Estee Lauder etc. oh well. Sorry... ya. And she went on to explain on how the gifts aren't really available when it says they are on the website... I have to return this expensive perfume now and find somewhere else to shop. They couldn't care less that I was unhappy. Not one drop. No place to leave a review of my order or review of my phone calls. Oh, they never responded to emails to customer service either. I am going to post this all over too. What a disgrace and maybe employ some people who actually want to help a customer who is giving their hard earned money. Unlike theirs! *******525 is the order number

Horrible

Horrible.
- long shipping times
- long customer service hold times because they don’t staff enough people
- no help from customer service because they’re not enabled to fix problems - unlike many other companies who care about customer retention
- order mistakes because the people who work there don’t care about the customers

Saving a few dollars here is not worth it. It will cost you in the long run.

I plan to tell everyone about my experience.

I received my order and was not sent…

I received my order and was not sent the correct item I ordered. Called customer service was told I’d be receiving at return label for the wrong item and the correct item would be sent to me. I asked for a email confirmation of that over a week later nothing so far. 🤨🤨😤😤

They have really nice clothes and if you order from the site you can return it to the store in town. Which is called Goody's great Levi's and sweaters are really pretty.

Everything comes in exactly as ordered, descriptions could be better

The last thing I bought was workout clothes. I love using ship to store with stage. Free shipping doesn't kick in until you spend $75 which I never do, but ship to store (which they call BOST in store) is free. I always get what I order; making returns is easy because it's free in store. However, descriptions on the actual site are often lacking--only one picture, no measurements, generic size charts--so that holds me back from ordering some things. I mostly order clothes from them.

Awful fulfillment!

I ordered three candles from Stage.com, received one candle I had ordered, another candle I hadn't ordered, and a random pink plant potter shaped like a bike. When I called them to have them fulfill my order, they made a whole row, and I had to call three or four times before finally getting their confirmation that they will send the stuff I actually ordered. As of now, I am still waiting for the items, but will not be surprised if they mess up again... This site is very unreliable.

You have to call. And pray the system doesn't hang up on you. It will a lot. And when they do answer, you are bothering some lady and she will be annoyed with you. It's gosh darned awful. I never get responses from contacting customer service through their email system. Never ever

Is Stage.com a scam or a legit company?

A:

It's a legit company that scams you on things... order products that are supposed to have gift with purchase and you will not get the gifts with purchase. Call to see why not and they tell you they aren't really available. And they do not care that you are unsatisfied or unhappy. Horrible customer service
